This is a class devoted to improving student's physical fitness. This will be done by improving all four domains
of learning, which include the cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and physical domains. The object of this class is to help
students stay in shape as well as interesting them in staying fit for life. It is merely to plant a seed to inspire
them to grow into healthy adults.
Rules and Regulations:
What I say goes!!!
Students are required to be in their assigned seats on time everyday.
Students are also required to bring their uniform and tennis shoes everyday.
No one is excused from an activity without a doctor's excuse.
There will be no abusive language.
Fighting of any kind is prohibited.
Be considerate of others.
If you need help ask a friend, then ask me.
Last but not least, bring a good attitude to class everyday.

Don't forget this week is team handball. You will need to bring your normal class uniforms as well as the handouts
I gave out last Tuesday. Also, be prepared to work hard and have fun.
